As a Harvard-educated corporate executive and certified Life Coach, she's designed an ambitious
career with over 20 years of strategic leadership in philanthropy, community relations, and marketing for a Fortune 40 organization. Her career achievements have been recognized as a recipient of the Ebony Power 100 Industry Titans Award, Harvard Kennedy School Black Alumni of the Year Award, and Network Journal 25 Influential Women in Business Award.

Her role as wife to Wayne and mother to her sons Kwame and Kwasi is one she owns and honors with pride and great care. She approaches family with a thoughtfulness and rigor likened to a well-played chess match — every move deliberate and purposeful.
